Middlesbrough Cycle Circuit sessions are in partnership with Velo 29 and the Stockton Cycling Festival so get along to our coaching then ride the Endeavour Sportive they start Friday 15th June 6pm – 0830pm.

A Woman only event is also on every Monday the 11th June 8pm if you like this one is in partnership with Achieve Cycle Coaching

We are working with a number of local authorities, sports partnerships and event organisers to deliver coaching sessions for people wanting to try a challenging ride for the first time. We have linked up with a number of the North East and Yorkshire’s best sportive events and have sessions across the North East that cater for:

  • Absolute beginners wanting to build confidence and get help with training and nutrition before their first 20-30 mile ride (Women only sessions available)
  • Families wanting to ride together for a charity ride.
  • People wanting to move up from 30 to 60 mile rides (or more)
  • groups wanting to get ready for multi-day challenges such as the coast to coast.
  • Bike Maintenance

We are offering a series of weekly sessions aimed at improving your bike handling and cycle skills.  These will be based on low-traffic or traffic free environments and are geared at you becoming comfortable on your bike for that next big challenge, such as the virgin money cyclone, Endeavour sportive, C2C.

The sessions will be based around a steady-paced distance cycle (20-ish miles), plus a ‘classroom-style’ session looking at other aspects of riding distances, such as nutrition, emergency repairs (to the bike), logistics.

If you’re aged between 14 and 25 (or a bit either side of that!), why not come along to our dedicated training and coaching sessions at Blyth (Sunday day) or Bedlington (Wednesday evenings).
